Free Standing Pop Up Card

A few weeks ago I did a pop up card class. This is one of the two cards that we made. It is a free standing pop up card. I used the High Tide stamp set which carried over from the last occasions catalogue....yay! Love this set.

To create the waves on the base, I repeat stamped the wave s image and sponged the edges with Marina Mist ink. The clouds were created by sponging around a scallop circle mask using both Basic Gray and Smokey Slate ink.

I will include the instructions for this card in next Monday Morning Update.

Ribbon Share
I know most you love using ribbon on your projects but purchasing a whole roll of ribbon can be simply too much! So I am offering to do a ribbon share. What this means is that you will receive one meter of each ribbon. The first ribbon share that I would like to do is with the new In Colours. This ribbon is finely woven and is 1.3cm in width – the perfect size to go on a card.

What you will get
You will receive one meter of each of the 5 In Colour ribbons for $7.00. I can post these out if you do not live locally for a cost of $3.00.
If you would like to take part in the ribbon share, please call or email me (all contact details are at the top of the email.

Day 7 of Daisy Delight

Day 7 of Daisy Delight. To give the water colour effect in the background, I inked up a clear block with Soft Sky ink, lightly spritzed it with water and stamped onto the Whisper White cardstock. Once it was dry, I stamped the images over the top. The other colours I used were Real Red, Garden Green and Night of Navy.
